Welcome to Nature's Nest. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and purchasing our products (including using our Bespoke Box Builder), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our website. We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To place orders or customize boxes, you may choose to create an account. You agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

Our online Bespoke Box Builder allows you to custom-build chocolate assortments.

• Availability: All chocolates and ingredients are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or substitute ingredients in exceptional cases, with your consent.
• Accuracy: While we strive to display our chocolate collections, colors, and textures as accurately as possible, your screen calibration may slightly alter the visual representation.
• Personalized Messages: We reserve the right to reject custom gift messages that contain hate speech, vulgarity, or threaten violence.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as applicable, and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and net banking via secure payment processors.
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card or payment method provided.
• In the event of a pricing error on our site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Because our chocolates are artisanal and preservative-free, they are highly sensitive to temperature and environment:

• Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for transit delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions.
• Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
• For shipping in warm weather or hot regions, we utilize specialized cold-pack packaging. However, you must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery immediately to prevent melting. Refer to our Return Policy for details.

All content on the Nature's Nest website—including text, graphics, logos, images, chocolate designs, recipes, custom code, and software—is the exclusive property of Nature's Nest or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SITE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NATURE'S NEST MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NATURE'S NEST, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE CONSUMPTION OF OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS IN QUESTION.

These Terms and your relationship with Nature's Nest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your purchase of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, or submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru.
