All Nature's Nest chocolates are made in small batches and stored under strict temperature controls. To ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and unmelted, we handle and dispatch packages with extreme care.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched from our kitchen within 24 to 48 hours.
• Weekend Hold: To prevent your delicate chocolates from sitting in a carrier's unconditioned warehouse or truck over the weekend, we do not ship standard orders on Fridays or Saturdays.
• Handcrafted Care: Every box is hand-packed, checked for quality, and wrapped in premium shock-absorbent materials.

We ship nationwide across India, as well as to select international destinations. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-5 business days. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 50 applies to all orders.

Our chocolate is stone-ground, raw, and organic, meaning it does not contain artificial stabilizers and will melt in temperatures exceeding 32°C (90°F).

To combat heat, we track the weather forecasts along your package's delivery route. When necessary, we use **thermal bubble wrappers** and **custom-formulated reusable gel packs** to maintain cool internal temperatures for up to 48 hours in transit.

Gel Pack Care:

Our gel packs are non-toxic, food-safe, and reusable. We encourage you to freeze them and use them again for picnics or lunch boxes.

Because chocolates are highly perishable, it is essential that they are received immediately upon delivery to a temperature-controlled environment.

• Please ensure that someone is present at the shipping address to receive the delivery.
• We are not responsible for chocolates that melt due to being left outside on porches, in mailboxes, or in direct sunlight after delivery has been completed.
• If you are ordering as a gift, please notify the recipient of the expected delivery window.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking link and shipment details.

You can use this link to check transit milestones in real-time. If you experience any delays or notice that your package is marked as "Delivered" but has not been received, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with our shipping partners.
