Our Story
Discover the passion, sustainability, and craftsmanship behind Nature's Nest.
Where Our Cacao Lives
We source exclusively from two biodiverse micro-regions in South America, protecting both heirloom genetics and native ecosystems.
San Martin, Peru
Harvested by a cooperative of 24 indigenous families practicing regenerative agroforestry under the forest canopy.
Esmeraldas, Ecuador
Grown along the misty coastal river basins, utilizing natural composts and pure mountain spring water.
The 72-Hour Stone-Ground Process
Unlike industrial giants that chemically speed up conching, we respect the slow passage of time to build chocolate elegance.
1. Gentle Roasting
We roast beans at low heat to develop complex flavor bounds without burning natural oils.
2. Granite Stone Grinding
Slowly stone-ground in authentic granite melangeurs for 72 hours for an ultra-fine, silky finish.
3. Raw Tempering
Carefully tempered by hand on marble slabs, creating that crisp snap and luxurious glossy shine.
Conscious of Our Living Planet
Chocolate is a product of the earth. We believe we must leave the earth richer, more fertile, and more diverse than how we found it.
100% Traceability
Every bean has a coordinates footprint. We verify payments and agricultural conditions personally.
Zero Plastic Footprint
Our foil-looking wrap is actually wood-pulp cellulose, compostable in backyard gardens.
By choosing stone-ground raw chocolate, you help support direct trade that pays cocoa farmers 45% above Fairtrade minimum values.
